About The Position

Director, Volunteer Services and Gift Shop Job Description: Responsible for planning, organizing, and leading all aspects of the Volunteer Services and Gift Shop at Baptist Health Lexington. Serves as the Hospital liaison to the Hospital Auxiliary. Establishes and maintains positive relationships with volunteer services staff, gift shop staff, volunteers, and hospital staff Ensures that the volunteer services program is a positive reflection to patients, the public and to the communities of Baptist Health Lexington. Provides effective leadership and support for all aspects of volunteer services and Gift Shop operations and staff. Ensures teams provide professional, courteous, and compassionate services for patients, visitors, and guests while meeting the standards outlined by Baptist Health Lexington.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree
• Three years of related work experience
