Enhance patient and volunteer experiences through creative initiatives and collaborative efforts.

Requirements

  • High School diploma required; healthcare or volunteer-related experience preferred.
  • Proficiency in database management and multi-faceted office tasks.
  • Advanced computer and organizational skills, strong multitasking, and customer service abilities.

Responsibilities

  • Coordinate the annual TB survey and manage Required Review mailings, ensuring accurate documentation and timely completion.
  • Enhance patient experience by overseeing the distribution of birthday and greeting cards, introducing creative touches to elevate the service.
  • Accurately record and report information while maintaining professionalism.
  • Update and manage the volunteer information database to ensure data accuracy and accessibility.
  • Support volunteer personnel management, including medical record maintenance (via OHM), hour tracking, award programs, educational attendance, and compliance with Required Reviews.
  • Collaborate with employee health staff to verify and update volunteer vaccination records as needed.
  • Maintain a well-organized, confidential filing system, ensuring timely and secure access to materials.
