Family Service League (FSL) is seeking a part-time Volunteer Coordinator and Events Assistant to work in our Administrative Office in Huntington, NY. The Volunteer Coordinator and Events Assistant maintains a comprehensive volunteer intake program for FSL focused on the needs of all programs, including agency events and activities. This position will include interviewing, processing and maintaining volunteer records as well as representing FSL at events focused on volunteer opportunities and maintaining volunteer opportunities online. Additionally, this position supports the planning and execution of the organization’s major fundraising events (3 -4 per year) by handling administrative tasks, coordinating logistics, and providing on-site support.
