We are seeking a driven and experienced Service Express Manager to run our express service lane. This role ensures seamless, efficient, and high-quality customer experience from vehicle check-in through service completion and delivery, while maintaining strong workflow control and team performance.

Requirements

  • Authorized to work in the United States
  • Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
  • Willing to complete a background screening
  • Reliable, punctual, and team-oriented

Nice To Haves

  • Prior automotive service management or supervisory experience preferred
  • Strong leadership, communication, and customer service skills
  • Solid technical knowledge or hands-on automotive experience highly desirable
  • Highly organized with strong attention to detail and problem-solving ability
  • Dependable, professional, and able to perform in a fast-paced environment

Responsibilities

  • Lead the full express service lane operation, including advisors and technicians
  • Manage workflow from check-in to final delivery, ensuring speed, accuracy, and quality
  • Drive productivity while maintaining exceptional customer satisfaction
  • Serve as a primary point of contact for customer concerns and ensure timely, professional resolution
  • Monitor team performance and implement improvements to efficiency and communication
  • Collaborate closely with parts and main service departments to streamline operations
  • Maintain consistent service standards aligned with dealership and manufacturer expectations
