About The Position

As a part time Void Clerk, you’ll be responsible for supporting accounting operations by processing denied invoice and void requests, obtaining required documentation, and managing assigned Zendesk tickets. You will ensure accuracy, compliance, and timely resolution of invoice-related issues while collaborating with internal teams and clients to maintain efficient financial workflows.

Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, including Excel and Outlook.
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
  • Demonstrated ability to work with a high level of integrity and ethical judgment when handling sensitive financial information.
  • Ability to learn new processes quickly and work independently with minimal supervision, while also collaborating effectively with team members as needed.

Nice To Haves

  • Experience with NetSuite or similar accounting/ERP systems preferred.
  • Coursework or certification in Accounting or a related field preferred.

Responsibilities

  • Process denied invoice requests related to Claim Percentage of Savings and Bill Review in accordance with established policies and procedures.
  • Process denied invoices and void requests associated with Claim Percentage of Savings and Bill Review.
  • Request and review Explanation of Benefits (EOBs) from clients to support invoice void requests and ensure proper documentation and approvals.
  • Review, manage, and resolve Zendesk tickets assigned to the Accounting team, ensuring timely and accurate follow up.
  • Maintain accurate records and documentation related to invoice voids, denials, and supporting correspondence.
  • Communicate effectively with internal teams and clients to obtain required information and resolve discrepancies.
  • Perform additional duties and provide support as assigned to meet departmental needs and operational priorities.
