About The Position

Neon partners with leading AI labs and technology companies to produce high-quality conversational voice datasets. Our work supports the development of next-generation speech and conversational AI systems.
In this role, you’ll participate in 15–60 minute recorded conversations with another English speaker. You will work with our Data Operations team to help produce high-quality conversational datasets used by leading AI research teams.
We are currently expanding our English conversation pool and are seeking reliable participants for ongoing recording projects.

Requirements

• Native or near-native English fluency
• Clear speaking voice
• Reliable internet connection
• Quiet recording environment
• 18 years or older

Responsibilities
