Requirements
- Associate’s degree or relevant college credits in the human service field.
- Minimum 2 years of experience working with individuals with IDD.
- Demonstrates a working knowledge of team leadership.
- Computer skills
- Valid Driver's License
- Ability to pass physical and drug screening
- Department of Human Services Child Abuse History Clearance
- Pennsylvania State Police Criminal Record Check
- FBI Federal Criminal History Record (fingerprinting)
- TB testing
Nice To Haves
- Supervisory experience preferred.
