About The Position

Since 1952, Beacon Group has been creating opportunities for people with disabilities across Southern Arizona, Phoenix and beyond. As a registered 501(c)(3) non-profit, Beacon serves over 2,000 people with disabilities each year. Beacon provides job training and placement, supported and center-based employment, and day treatment programs to assist nearly two-thirds of working-age people with disabilities who do not have a job. Daily duties of this position is to provide top of the line services for the individuals on the team while providing quality service to the customers we provide a variety of services for. This is a hands-on position. The services that Beacon provides to our customers is dependent on the location and site needs.

Requirements

  • High school diploma or its equivalent.
  • Successfully pass the drug test and background check.
  • CPR/First Aid certification, or able to obtain and maintain a CPR/First Aid/AED Certification.
  • Fingerprint clearance card, or able to obtain and maintain a fingerprint clearance card.

  • Have a valid Arizona Driver's License and pass the Beacon driving test.
  • Article IX and Prevention and Support certificate or able to obtain and maintain certification.
  • Experience with Microsoft Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, and Excel.
