About The Position

Lead. Build. Disciple. The Vocational Coordinator oversees the Work Experience Program… one of the most impactful parts of Adult & Teen Challenge. This role combines leadership, hands -on work, and discipleship. You’ll help students develop real -world skills while growing in character, discipline, and faith. You’re not just managing projects… you’re helping rebuild lives through meaningful work. You’re helping men rebuild their lives… one day of work at a time.

Requirements

• Strong, mature relationship with Jesus Christ
• Agreement with Assemblies of God doctrine and ATC mission
• Understanding of addiction recovery and discipleship
• Minimum 2 years leadership experience
• Strong organizational and project management skills
• Ability to lead teams in a fast -paced environment
• General knowledge of construction, maintenance, or trades
• Willingness to complete OSHA training

Responsibilities

• Lead and oversee the Work Experience Program
• Plan and manage daily work projects and crews
• Teach students responsibility, work ethic, and skill development
• Disciple and mentor students in a work environment
• Coordinate with leadership on scheduling and operations
• Maintain equipment, safety standards, and workflow
• Train and lead work supervisors and teams
