Requirements

High school diploma or equivalent
Ability to stand for extended periods
Ability to perform physical tasks including lifting up to 50 lbs. using proper technique
Strong attention to detail and commitment to getting things right the first time

Responsibilities

Accurately pick and pack all VMI orders for daily operations.
Verify order details before staging to prevent errors at customer sites.
Maintain organized staging areas for efficient vehicle loading.
Assist with loading VMI vehicles for accurate and efficient delivery preparation.
Keep VMI vehicles clean and organized for operational readiness.
Support daily vehicle checks and report any issues promptly.
Accompany VMI Specialists to job sites to assist with the VMI process.
Gain hands-on knowledge of job site operations, customer expectations, and inventory management.
Develop skills and judgment necessary for a VMI Specialist role.
Proactively flag issues such as inventory shortfalls, vehicle concerns, or order discrepancies.
Communicate clearly with VMI Specialists, warehouse staff, and leadership.
Provide team coverage and take ownership of assigned tasks without prompting.
