We are now going to the market under one bold new brand, Echo Electric.  Join our exciting & dedicated team at Echo as a Vendor-Managed Inventory (VMI) Coordinator. In this position, you will assist in the implementation of new programs across Echo's west region. You will train employees on the use of the fulfillment tools and aid with the sales and troubleshooting of our VMI options.   The VMI Coordinator will be required to office out of one of the hub locations. (Council Bluffs, Sioux City, Des Moines, or Lincoln)

Responsibilities

  • Grow sales for VMI through existing accounts as well as new opportunities.
  • Help with the setup of new programs including being on site for any employee or customer training needed
  • Conduct webinars, conference calls, and sales calls as needed.
  • Assist with Consignment Inventory Reports and Cycle Counts
  • Manage the min/max and setup of accounts in the SRX Program
  • Recommends changes to the customer inventory levels based on usage and aid in any returns or updates needed.
  • Develop training material including PowerPoints and training guides on the VMI Program options.
  • Follow up with existing customers to find areas of improvement.
  • Run reports to track the success of the VMI program.
  • As the department grows ensure that all parties conducting the field work of the VMI system are following proper procedures.
  • Performs other duties as requested.
  • This position will have travel to all regions in our market. Estimated travel is one week a month with the travel not necessarily requiring an overnight stay.
