VLT Technician: Reporting to the VLT Performance Supervisor, the VLT Technician is responsible for installing, testing and maintaining electronic components, sub-systems and systems required for efficient and continuous conduction of business operations Essential Functions Inspect and test assigned equipment, noting all defective parts and making recommendations for correction Perform required adjustments and repairs to electronic and electro-mechanical equipment as assigned. Perform preventative maintenance to VLT machines either on the floor, or in the VLT shop Observe all safety regulations in the performance of assigned duties, and report any safety hazards to assigned supervisor Ensure that you understand the policies and procedures, internal controls, and gaming regulations and are in complete compliance at all times Provide 100% accuracy and accountability on all documentation that is required by the VLT Performance department Uphold the integrity of vital information in and around the VLT Performance department Provide prompt and courteous service when repairing or verifying transactions at machines Performs tasks as requested by departmental management Routinely strives to build and maintain rapport with customers making every effort to achieve customer satisfaction Acts as a role model; always presents oneself as and encourages others to do the same Coordinates with Racino management and security to detect and prevent attempts to cheat or damage gaming equipment and to identify and report floor irregularities
