About The Position

We are seeking a highly skilled and creative Visual Designer with strong capabilities in video production and editing, social media graphics and presentation design. This role will play a critical part in translating brand strategy and messaging into compelling visual content across digital platforms and business communications. The ideal candidate combines strong design fundamentals with hands-on production skills and the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced, collaborative environment. Must have demonstrated understanding of current social media trends, formats, and best practices, with the ability to translate those trends into visually compelling, on-brand content across multiple platforms.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, Multimedia Design, or a related field (or equivalent professional experience).
  • 3+ years of experience in visual design with a strong portfolio demonstrating video, graphic and presentation work.
  • Proficiency in design and video tools such as: o Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Premiere Pro, After Effects) o Presentation tools (PowerPoint, Canva, Google Slides)
  • Strong understanding of layout, typography, color theory and visual storytelling.
  • Experience creating content specifically for social media platforms.
  • Excellent attention to detail and time management skills.

Nice To Haves

  • Experience with motion graphics and basic animation.
  • Familiarity with social media performance best practices and video optimization.
  • Experience working in a corporate, agency or brand-driven environment.
  • Basic understanding of marketing or brand strategy.

Responsibilities

  • Produce, edit, and optimize short-form video content for social media, websites, presentations and internal communications.
  • Develop motion graphics, titles, transitions and basic animations as needed.
  • Ensure video content aligns with brand guidelines and storytelling objectives.
  • Design high-quality, engaging visual assets for social media platforms (e.g., LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook and TikTok) using contemporary design aesthetics that adapts trends thoughtfully without sacrificing brand consistency or professionalism.
  • Creates content optimized for scrolling behavior, attention spans and platform-specific best practices and understands how thumbnails, hooks, captions, and motion influence performance.
  • Develop graphics for campaigns, announcements, ads, and evergreen content.
  • Adapt and resize designs for multiple platforms and formats.
  • Design and enhance professional presentations (e.g., PowerPoint, Canva) for executive, business development and marketing use.
  • Translate complex concepts and data into clear, visually engaging slides.
  • Maintain consistency with brand identity and visual standards.
  • Collaborate with marketing, communications, and leadership teams to understand objectives and deliver creative solutions.
  • Maintain and apply brand guidelines across all visual outputs.
  • Manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines.
