Requirements

• 3–5 years of professional experience in graphic design or visual communications
• A strong portfolio demonstrating print, digital, presentation, and multi‑page design
• Advanced proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop)
• Experience with web design principles , UX, and accessibility (WordPress experience a plus)
• Strong PowerPoint skills, including branded templates and executive‑level presentations
• Ability to manage multiple projects in a collaborative, fast-moving environment
• A commitment to respectful, trauma-informed storytelling and survivor dignity

Responsibilities

• Design and produce high‑quality visual communications across digital, print, web, and video
• Create materials that support fundraising, community education, program outreach, and events
• Translate impact data, outcomes, and stories into accessible visual formats (reports, infographics, presentations)
• Maintain and evolve CAPSA's visual brand system , ensuring consistency and accessibility
• Develop and execute large-format visual campaigns, including billboards, transit ads, and outdoor media
• Build and manage templates and tools that empower staff to create aligned materials
• Collaborate cross‑functionally with programs, development, leadership, and external vendors
