Requirements

  • High school diploma or GED required
  • At least three years in retail or inside sales with excellent customer service experience, visual communications industry a plus
  • Proven record of consistently hitting/exceeding sales targets or quotas
  • Able to perform cold calls to secure new business for the center
  • Experience resolving client satisfaction issues
  • Experience working under pressure with multiple tasks/projects
  • Proficient computer and internet skills, including Google Workspace, Microsoft Office Suite, and Adobe
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Basic math skills
  • Strong organizational and time management skills

Responsibilities

  • Drive sales activities from lead generation through project management, ensuring stellar customer satisfaction and revenue growth.
  • Develop and implement strategic Sales Plans in collaboration with the center’s management, focusing on personal and business goals.
  • Be the first point of contact for walk-in, email, e-commerce, and telephone clients, establishing positive interactions.
  • Carry out consultative selling, recommending products and services aligned with Brand Standards to meet client needs.
  • Identify new sales prospects through effective strategies and maintain a robust database of qualified leads.
  • Manage projects using a paperless system, pricing, proposal models, and customer communications efficiently from start to finish.
  • Maintain a vibrant and organized retail environment.
  • Support center management with reports and invoices; ensure all work-in-progress (WIP) summaries are current.
  • Prepare status reports for weekly sales meetings and participate actively in staff gatherings.
