The Visual Arts and Performing Arts Associate is responsible for supporting expanded learning staff with curriculum and training to ensure the delivery of high-quality programming for visual and performing arts clubs. The VAPA Associate will research and identify emerging practices in performing arts to create and develop curriculum that supports high quality program implementation. The VAPA Associate will serve as part of the Learning & Development Team and collaborate to develop trainings on dance-focused topics, including folklorico, modern, cheer, color guard, and hip-hop. The VAPA Associate will collaborate with performing arts leaders to develop and design training and curriculum for new and exciting VAPA Club Leaders. The VAPA Associate will deliver training in-person or remotely. The Visual Arts and Performing Arts Associate is a hybrid position, including working work in-person, at the Woodcraft Rangers main office, school sites, and remotely.
