About The Position

BODYBAR Pilates Vista is a locally owned studio opening February 26, 2026, built on high standards, strong instruction, and a collaborative team culture. While we operate within the nationally recognized BODYBAR brand, our Vista location is intentionally hands-on, detail-oriented, and instructor-driven. At BODYBAR Vista, instructors are expected to: Be reliable, prepared, and professional Take initiative and manage their responsibilities Communicate clearly and respectfully with team members and leadership Work collaboratively as part of a team Be open to feedback, coaching, and continued growth Deliver technically sound, well-run classes every time Feedback is part of the culture here... not as criticism, but as a tool for consistency and growth. As a founding instructor, you will help shape the studio’s reputation, member experience, and long-term success from day one. We are actively hiring founding instructors for our Vista location and have over 60 weekly class time slots to fill. This means real schedules, real consistency, and strong earning potential. Founding instructors will have priority access to prime class times, including early mornings, mid-mornings, evenings, and weekends. Training will take place at BODYBAR La Costa, but this role is specifically for instructors joining the Vista studio. We are also offering limited scholarships for instructors with prior Pilates or group fitness experience. The BODYBAR Instructor is supervised by the Studio Manager and Owner and is responsible for delivering high-quality Pilates classes using the BODYBAR method while contributing to a positive, professional studio environment.
