The Visitor Experience Supervisor plays a key role in the Museum, together with the supervisor team and under the guidance of the Visitor Services and Museum Store & Floor Managers, you will be responsible for leading the day-to-day operations of the Museum. This includes managing the admissions desk, crowd levels, floor engagement, birthday parties, and a team of Visitor Experience staff. This position requires a strong hospitality mindset and leadership skills to support visitors and staff.
