About The Position

The Visitor Experience Cafe Associate plays a vital role in creating a welcoming and enjoyable environment for all visitors at our cafe. This position is responsible for delivering exceptional customer service, ensuring that each guest feels valued and satisfied throughout their visit. The associate will manage daily cafe operations, including food and beverage preparation, order processing, and maintaining cleanliness and organization. By attentively responding to visitor needs and preferences, the associate helps enhance the overall visitor experience and supports the cafe’s reputation for quality and hospitality. Ultimately, this role contributes to fostering a positive atmosphere that encourages repeat visits and strengthens community engagement.

Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Previous experience in customer service or food service roles.
  • Ability to stand for extended periods and perform physical tasks related to cafe operations.
  • Basic math skills for handling transactions and cash register operations.
  • Strong communication skills and a friendly, approachable demeanor.

Responsibilities
