Requirements

• Comfortable working both independently and as part of a team
• Must be flexible to work evenings and weekends as needed

Responsibilities

• Greet and welcome visitors in a friendly, professional manner
• Provide information, answer questions, and assist guests in navigating facilities and programs
• Promote upcoming events, exhibits, and community activities to visitors
• Maintain an inviting and organized front-of-house presence
• Collect visitor data and assist with engagement tracking as required
• Support special events and programming as needed
• Collaborate with staff to ensure a positive visitor experience
