About The Position
The University of Arkansas for Medical Sciences (UAMS) is seeking a visiting high school or college student for a summer intern position at TOSH and/or Rodney Parham Therapy & Sports Performance. This role involves performing therapy tech and observation duties under the supervision of licensed healthcare professionals. UAMS is dedicated to improving patient care and the lives of Arkansans through its education, research, and clinical programs. Applicants must be fully vaccinated against Covid-19 or have an approved exemption.
Requirements
- Rising high school or collegiate student
- Expressing interest in increasing knowledge of orthopaedic and therapy operations and career fields
- Fully vaccinated against Covid-19 or have an approved medical or religious exemption
- Proof of legal authority to work in the United States on the first day of employment
Responsibilities
