Support team members in day-to-day tasks and assist with additional responsibilities as needed. Call provider offices to obtain medical orders and follow up on any missing documentation or incomplete orders. Utilize Epic to process electronic orders and manage workflows efficiently. Ensure that orders are properly faxed to providers and follow up with providers on scheduled follow updates Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of provider contact information, including calling doctor’s offices to update fax numbers and addresses. Provide follow-up to ensure that orders are authorized and signed by the appropriate providers.
