The Walter Center for Career Achievement in College of Arts and Sciences at Indiana University invites application for full-time (10 month; August – May) non-tenure track position of Visiting Lecturer. We seek an individual with expertise in student development, career development and/or life design who is committed to excellence in teaching at the undergraduate level. The candidate will teach up to 18 credits (9 per semester), in courses, including: ASCS Q295: Design Your Life and Career, ASCS Q299: Build Your Professional Story for the Job and Internship Search, and ASCS Q300: Design Your Career and Tell Your Story. Position will begin August 1, 2026. The Walter Center for Career Achievement exists to empower every Arts + Sciences student to turn their diverse talents and passions into successful and rewarding careers. The Visiting Lecturer position will be part of the Walter Center team and will serve a critical role in meeting the goal of career education and planning for every Arts & Sciences student.
