Wilkes University invites applicants for a one-year visiting Assistant Professor position in the Department of Psychology to begin August 2026. The successful candidate will be expected to teach a 24-credit load over two semesters (4-4 load), including Cognitive Psychology, courses in their specialty area, and general departmental courses such as Introductory Psychology and capstone sequence courses. The Department of Psychology comprises six full-time faculty members who are student and teaching-focused. The university seeks a candidate committed to undergraduate teaching, with evidence of teaching effectiveness, and who will be an active member of the department, involved in student and service activities.
