About The Position

Optometric Vision Therapist (Training Provided) The Center for Vision Development is seeking a passionate full-time Vision Therapist to join our team. We’re looking for someone who loves connecting with people of all ages—kids, teens, and adults—and finds joy in helping others succeed. The ideal candidate is warm, engaging, proactive, and eager to learn. You’ll thrive in this role if you take ownership of your training and your patients’ progress. All vision therapists are fully trained in-house and work closely with our doctors and team, ensuring strong support and collaboration. We are a close-knit practice that values teamwork, growth, and meaningful impact. About Us Founded in 2004, we are the longest-established vision therapy practice in Austin. Our team of developmental optometrists specializes in vision therapy and is deeply committed to patient-centered care. Our therapists come from diverse backgrounds—nursing, education, nutrition, caregiving, exercise science, and medical administration—but share a common passion for helping people. Requirements

Experience working with children, education/tutoring, PT/OT/speech therapy, optometry, or strong customer service is highly valued.
Excellent communication and people skills are essential.
