About The Position

Virtual Tellers are responsible for greeting customers virtually and facilitating a welcoming and customer-focused environment. Duties also include processing customer transactions efficiently and accurately in a fast-paced virtual environment as well as maintaining and balancing a cash drawer and an interactive teller machine (“ITM”) while adhering to policies and procedures. Position Requirements : Full time position- This position is ONSITE. Candidates must possess PC skills with the ability to toggle between multiple systems, good typing skills and a solid history of customer service to include handling escalated, in-depth and detailed conversations. Individuals are required to work 7am to 4pm shift, and rotating weekends Saturday & Sunday Shift differential is also available for certain hours - $5.00/hour Saturday's from 1p to 6 p and Sunday from 12p to 4p. Very outgoing, assertive and confident plus maintain an enthusiastic personality Minimum of 6 months of cash handling experience in a retail sales environment and/or previous banking experience Superior customer-service skills, including oral and written communication Ability to effectively contribute to a positive team environment Careful attention to detail and strong organizational skills. Must adhere closely to bank procedures and regulations. Strong work ethic and high integrity Strong computer and 10 key skills

Nice To Haves

  • Previous experience in a customer service or call-center environment
  • Knowledge of banking products and procedures
  • Proficiency with all Microsoft applications (Word, Outlook, Excel etc.)
  • 30 wpm typing skills
  • Bi-lingual (Spanish) skills are a plus. Bilingual assessment required/If passed additional $2.00 per hour.
