About The Position

Virtual Teller is responsible for delivering superior and efficient service to members of the credit union who interact with the credit union through our branch locations. This person will serve as the face of the credit union and as such, must have a general understanding of credit union processes, products, and services. While the primary role of this individual is to process transactions, this person is responsible for educating members about all available service channels available. Responsible for referring members to other branch employee(s) or departments in the credit union. Must support a sales and service culture.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Basic understanding of company operations.
• General knowledge of bank teller policies and procedures.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in basic computer skills and willingness to learn new software/systems.

Responsibilities

• Deliver superior and efficient service to credit union members.
• Process transactions accurately and efficiently.
• Educate members about available service channels.
• Refer members to other branch employees or departments as needed.
• Support a sales and service culture.
