The Virtual tech is responsible for conducting virtual store visits across the company to ensure compliance with the company policies and procedures. Requirements

  • High School Diploma
  • 0-2 years of retail operations experience
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills
  • Professional appearance
  • High level of energy
  • Above average computer skills
  • Proficient in Excel, ZOOM, OneDrive, and Outlook
  • Excellent organizational skills

Responsibilities

  • Schedule, facilitate and manage Virtual Visits across the company.
  • Organize data received from each visit utilizing OneDrive
  • Follow up with incomplete visits to follow through to the completion
  • Manage results of Virtual Visits inside OneDrive
  • Create reporting for each store with information gathered from.
  • Manage scoring and reporting for Virtual Visits each visit
