As a Sales Executive Trainee Virtual, you will assist in providing our Owners/guests with experiences and events to make memorable vacation memories, where meaningful moments are made together. $32.50 + Commission (New Hire Training Pay) The Sales Executive position pays a base wage of $14 per hour with production pay where the annual pay range (base wages + production pay) Where great benefits lead to a life fulfilled. Answer Owner questions regarding the use of properties and location amenities; make recommendations given the background information obtained on the owner through discovery. Follow up on referrals/leads from Owners. Fulfill requests from Owners or prospects regarding pricing, property maps, property descriptions, room locations, and portfolio/network information. Contact Owners to monitor satisfaction, make them aware of upcoming promotions, and develop business opportunities (e.g., reloads, referrals). Develop and maintain records on customer contacts and use that information to support effective follow-up opportunities. Guest Experience and Company Standards: Welcome and greet guests and anticipate and address their needs. Interact with colleagues and guests professionally and promptly. Attend daily huddles and regularly scheduled team/manager meetings. Interacting with others in a way that builds openness, trust, and confidence in the pursuit of organizational goals and lasting relationships. Always follow company policies and safety procedures. To Become a Sales Executive Trainee Virtual: Available to work a flexible schedule to include weekends and holidays. This position primarily works remotely with potential owners. Reach overhead and below the knees, perform bending, twisting, pulling, and stooping, and be able to stand, sit, or walk for an extended period of time. Lift/Carry/Push/Pull Items that Weigh up to 10lbs without assistance. Position may require background and drug screening contingent on company policy in accordance with applicable legal requirements.
