About The Position

Requirements
- Active Texas license as LCSW, LPC, LMFT, or Psychologist
- Master’s or doctoral degree in a mental health–related field
Nice To Haves
- Outpatient, community, or private practice experience preferred
- Comfortable working fully remote on a structured schedule
Responsibilities
- Conduct individual teletherapy sessions
- Complete diagnostic interviews and updates
- Create and adjust treatment plans based on client needs
- Document services accurately in the EMR
- Participate in online huddles or clinical discussions as needed
