About The Position

The Hoffmann Sr. Agency, a partner of Symmetry Financial Group, is looking for driven, motivated, coachable entrepreneurs to join our team and help protect families across the nation with various forms of life and health insurance, mortgage protection, and financial advice. This is a commission-based sales position with uncapped commission being paid daily. Agents can choose to build their own teams and obtain contractual ownership of their own agencies. This allows agents to create passive income for themselves and build a legacy for their families. What we DO: Provide one-on-one mentorship to all agents. Virtual as well as in-person training. Work with warm leads from families who have requested coverage. Meet virtually with families and protect them through various life and health products. Flexible hours and work environment. Provide a fun, healthy, and flexible work-life balance with the ability for high-level income. Hire based on character, not background or experience. Provide a community that promotes personal growth and development. Design policies to fit our client's needs. Protect families through the best available product line in the financial marketplace. What we DON'T do: Cold Calling Scam Calls Quotas or Deadlines Long Hours Workplace Drama

Requirements

  • Ability to obtain life/health insurance license in your respective state (license not required for hire)
