About The Position

If you are a self-motivated and results-driven individual with a passion for sales and customer service, we encourage you to apply for this exciting opportunity. This position is 100 % commission based with a starting contract of 80% and bonuses based on written business. We have comprehensive benefits including health, dental, and vision insurance available as well. NOTE: No agent's success, earnings, or production results should be viewed as typical, average or expected. Not all agents achieve the same or similar results, and no particular results are guaranteed. Your level of success will be determined by several factors, including the amount of work you put in, your ability to successfully follow and implement our training and sales system and engage with our lead system, and the Insurance needs of the customers in the geographic areas in which you choose to work.

Requirements

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Strong computer skills and familiarity with CRM systems
Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (preferred but not required)
Active insurance license in the state(s) in which you will be selling policies or willingness to obtain one

Responsibilities

Develop and maintain relationships with potential and existing customers through virtual meetings, phone calls, and email communication
Determine customer needs and provide them with appropriate insurance policies
Prepare products information for potential customers
Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions in the company's CRM system
Stay up-to-date with industry trends, product offerings, and regulations
Attend virtual training sessions and meetings to enhance your skills and knowledge
