About The Position
Flowfox is hiring Virtual Equipment Assistants in Augusta. This is a fully remote contractor role with flexible hours, steady pay, and company-provided equipment. No prior experience is required — consistency and basic setup skills are enough.
Requirements
- 18+ and authorized to work in the U.S.
- Stable home internet and electricity
- Ability to follow written instructions
- Good time management skills
- Basic English comprehension
- Reliable and punctual
- Comfortable with remote tasks
- Able to receive and return equipment
Responsibilities
- Receive a company laptop and internet device
- Confirm delivery and unpack equipment
- Follow a simple setup guide
- Keep devices powered and connected
- Be available during assigned shifts
- Report technical issues when needed
- Follow equipment usage policies
- Complete onboarding and KYC steps
