About The Position
AO Globe Life is hiring experienced professionals to support veterans and their families through virtual benefit consultations. This fully remote role offers schedule flexibility, structured training, and the chance to make a real impact—without cold calling or prospecting. All leads are warm and pre-scheduled.
Requirements
- Authorized to work in the U.S.
- Reliable internet connection
- Windows-based laptop or PC with webcam

- Experience in benefits advising, sales, or client service
- Strong virtual communication and interpersonal skills
- Organized, coachable, and mission-driven
- Proficient with Zoom, CRM systems, and digital documentation
- Passion for serving veterans and their families is highly valued
Responsibilities
- Host scheduled Zoom consultations with clients
- Explain supplemental life, accident, and health benefit options clearly
- Guide clients through enrollment and provide ongoing policy support
- Maintain accurate records while ensuring compliance standards are met
- Participate in weekly training sessions, team development, and leadership workshops
