About The Position

Salal Credit Union is looking to add a Virtual Branch Representative to our call center team! Virtual Branch Representatives make money management easy for our members by eliminating the need for them to travel to the branch in person. Accurately completing member requests, processing transactions, and resolving inquiries on every call while providing an exceptional service experience is expected on a daily basis. Important Details : This role can be performed fully remotely, although local candidates are preferred for team-building and organizational events. The position requires the ability to work a schedule of 9:00am- 5:30pm Pacific Time. A rotating Saturday schedule of 10:00am- 2:00pm is required for all team members.

Requirements

  • 1-2 years of retail banking or call center experience
  • Ability to build sustainable relationships and trust with members through open and eager to assist communication.
  • Excited to learn about Salal's products and services.
  • Excellent customer service skills and a desire to make banking easier for our members.

Responsibilities

  • Working in a call center environment to answer incoming calls from our members.
  • Closely adhering to policy and procedures to protect our member's personal and account information.
  • Providing exceptional customer service to our members and building trust with them to encourage a long-term relationship.

Benefits

  • Competitive base salary of $18.83 – $26.36 per hour depending on experience. This range reflects the entire salary range for the position. The hourly rate that is likely to be offered to the selected candidate is between $20.00-23.00.
