About The Position

As a Virtual Assistant I, you will be responsible for providing administrative support to our team and clients. You will work remotely from the comfort of your own home, and we offer both full-time and part-time positions.

Requirements

  • Previous experience as a virtual assistant or in a similar administrative role
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and Google Suite

Responsibilities

  • Manage and organize emails, calendars, and appointments for team members
  • Assist in creating and editing documents, presentations, and spreadsheets
  • Conduct research and gather information for various projects
  • Monitor and respond to social media messages and comments
  • Schedule and coordinate meetings and conference calls
  • Handle basic bookkeeping tasks such as invoicing and expense tracking
  • Provide general administrative support to team members as needed
