We’re searching for a confident, service driven VIP Service Supervisor to elevate our casino’s guest experience! In this leadership role, you’ll guide a team of VIP Representatives, ensuring our most valued players receive exceptional, personalized service every time they walk through the door. You’ll set the tone for hospitality excellence, coaching your team, solving challenges on the fly, and creating a seamless, high energy environment that keeps our VIP guests coming back. Qualifications Under general supervision of the Player Development Manager, The VIP Services Supervisor leads the daily operations of the VIP Services team, ensuring exceptional service delivery, staff development, and flawless execution of VIP programs and events while maintaining strong relationships with high-value players. Maintains confidentiality of all privileged information.

Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent required, bachelor’s degree in hospitality, business, or related field preferred.
  • Three or more years of experience in hospitality, customer service, or VIP/concierge services.
  • Prior supervisory or team leadership experience required.
  • Flexible schedule availability, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
  • Must be 21 years of age.
  • Must be able to successfully pass pre-employment drug/alcohol screen, random drug and controlled substance abuse tests, background investigation, obtain and maintain gaming license in Arizona and California.

Nice To Haves

  • Background in luxury service environments (casinos, resorts, hotels, or entertainment venues) is highly valued.
  • Bi-lingual a plus.
  • Native American preference and/or experience with Native American culture and government preferred.
  • Tribal preference given to qualified tribal members.
