Position Summary The VIP Server provides high-quality, personalized service to guests in the VIP areas of the music festival. This role ensures that VIP guests receive prompt attention, accurate orders, and an exceptional overall experience in a fast-paced, high-energy environment. This is a seasonal role from September 1, 2025 and will end on January 1, 2026. This role will pay an hourly rate of $12.00 and is tip eligible This position will remain open until January 1, 2026.
Requirements
- Previous serving or hospitality experience required (VIP or high-volume events preferred)
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to multitask and stay organized in a busy environment
- Must meet legal age requirements to serve alcohol
- Professional, polished appearance and demeanor
- Ability to stand, walk, and carry trays for extended periods of time
- Flexible schedule, including nights, weekends, and holidays
Responsibilities
- Greet and provide attentive service to VIP guests
- Take and deliver beverage and food orders promptly and accurately
- Upsell premium offerings and make recommendations to enhance guest experience
- Maintain knowledge of beverage, cocktail, and food menus
- Monitor guest consumption to ensure responsible alcohol service
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of VIP sections
- Handle guest concerns quickly and professionally
- Assist with setup, breakdown, and restocking in the VIP area
