About The Position

La Terrazza Nicabanos is South Beach’s newest restaurant-nightlife destination, offering elegant indoor and patio dining with curated DJs and live performers. Elevated cuisine, bold cocktails, and a vibrant, performance-driven setting create a chic, social atmosphere where the night naturally becomes the main event. We are seeking a VIP Manager to join our opening team and oversee VIP relations, high-profile tables, and nightlife-focused service flow.

Requirements

• Experience in upscale dining, lounges, or nightlife
• Strong communication and guest-relations skills
• Professional appearance and confident presence
• Ability to multitask in a high-energy environment

Responsibilities

• Manage VIP guest reservations, seating, and relationships
• Coordinate VIP table flow with hosts and servers
