About The Position

La Terrazza Nicabanos is South Beach’s newest restaurant-nightlife destination, offering elegant indoor and patio dining with curated DJs and live performers. Elevated cuisine, bold cocktails, and a vibrant, performance-driven setting create a chic, social atmosphere where the night naturally becomes the main event. We are seeking an experienced FOH Manager to join our opening team and lead nightly service while supporting entertainment-driven operations.

Requirements

• 2–4 years of FOH management experience
• Strong leadership and communication skills
• Professional, calm, and solutions-oriented

Nice To Haves

• Nightlife or entertainment venue experience preferred

Responsibilities

• Lead, train, and support FOH staff
• Maintain exceptional hospitality and guest experience
• Oversee reservations, table assignments, pacing, and service flow
• Coordinate seamlessly during entertainment and nightlife activations
• Ensure ambiance, cleanliness, and service standards are maintained
• Assist with scheduling, training, and staff development
• Support ownership in reporting and operations
• Help execute private events and VIP experiences
