About The Position

Serves as a liaison between the Hotel Front Desk, Sales, Group Services, Group Audit, and group guests, by independently managing and fulfilling all group and internal needs to include billing. Superior execution of these duties ensures that a professional and excellent service is provided for guests in an effort to develop relationships and secure repeat business.

Requirements

  • High school graduate or equivalent preferred
  • Minimum of four years in Hotel Front Office
  • Excellent clerical skills necessary
  • Literate and fluent in English
  • Computer proficiency
  • Ability to independently carry out multiple tasks at one time, effectively and efficiently.
  • Ability to demonstrates a professional, pleasant, and enthusiastic demeanor at all times
  • Must have excellent guest service and organizational skills
  • Ability to uphold and demonstrate the highest level of integrity in all situations and recognize standards required by a regulated business
  • Acts as a role model to other Team Members and always presents oneself as a credit to Caesars Entertainment and encourages others to do the same.

Responsibilities

  • Maintain all correspondence with Group Services Coordinators and Sales Managers.
  • Assist with all in-house employee and guest questions and phone calls.
  • Assure open communication with all departments to promote superior guest service.
  • Participate in weekly sales meetings and group pre-convention meetings.
  • Communicates all upcoming group needs and requirements by maintaining Front Desk group folders and sending a group summary email.
  • Access daily group arrivals and needs. Carry out all required procedures (i.e., blocking rooms, rushing rooms, making key packets, etc).
  • Input rooming lists.
  • Review and check group prospectus for information and accuracy, (i.e., comp rooms, billing exceptions, rates, special instructions, etc.).
  • Establish overall group billing information, and any billing exceptions, with billing requirements noted on the master and individual reservations.
  • Set up all rooming and rate exceptions.
  • Attend to all VIP reservations by putting them into management and VIP status.
  • Create all sub-masters and non-hotel masters, checking that all information is accurate.
  • Create and send all commission paper work to audit each month.
  • Maintain filing system with all pertinent back-up information for accurate group billing.
  • Prepare finalized group billing for audit.
  • Input and record all group Advanced Deposits and in-house deposits (including checks and credit card deposits, and authorizations for individual reservation when needed).
  • Track groups in the Delphi system. Navigate Delphi to retrieve group information when needed.
