About The Position

Fierce Staffing is seeking enthusiastic and energetic Event Staff to join the League One Volleyball (LOVB) EventsTeam. This is an exciting opportunity to be part of a groundbreaking new league and help grow its fanbase through engagement, social media promotion, and live game-day activations. Event Staff will play a key role in delivering an unforgettable fan experience by interacting with attendees, sharing information about the league, and participating in fun promotional activities. Requirements

Availability on game days with reliable transportation to and from the venue.
Ability to stand and remain active for extended periods.
Friendly, outgoing personality with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Nice To Haves

Previous promotional, street team, or brand ambassador experience is a plus, but not required.

Responsibilities

Support Event Coordination Needs During Load-in, VIP Event Execution and Load-out
Arrive on time to scheduled shifts
Enthusiastically engage with fans before and during games, promoting LOVB and building excitement.
Distribute promotional materials, such as flyers or merchandise, to fans.
Capture photos and videos of fan interactions to help drive league visibility.
Represent the LOVB brand with a positive and professional demeanor at all times.
Support additional league events as needed on game days ( As Needed)
