About The Position

Responsible for contributing toward the regular and efficient circulation of music department merchandise in the store (primarily Vinyl, CDs and movies) by effectively purchasing, pricing, and stocking. All duties are performed with a commitment to actively serving customers.

Requirements

• Superior Knowledge in Vinyl LPs: buying, processing and selling such products
• Maintain expert-level knowledge of vinyl formats, grading standards, and collecting trends
• Good communication and customer service skills
• Motivation to serve our customers
• Maintain knowledge in the areas of Music and Vinyl Culture
• Ability to use reference materials
• Ability to adapt to a flexible working schedule
• Must have Open Availability on Friday, Saturday, Sunday, Monday and be able to work 5 shifts per week

• Explain and negotiate (as necessary) deals with customers
