Responsible for preparing and serving cafè beverages and food items while delivering fast, friendly, and accurate customer service. Duties include taking and processing orders through the POS system, handling payments, maintaining product quality & presentation, and ensuring proper food safety & sanitation standards are met. This position also involves stocking supplies, keeping service & display areas clean & organized, explaining menu items, assisting customers with purchasing decisions, etc. Additional duties may be assigned as needed.
