About The Position

As a Mansion Villa Attendant, you are responsible for maintaining the cleanliness and presentation of all residential areas, including villas and corridors, to enhance the guest experience. Your role involves ensuring that guest rooms are immaculate, replenishing amenities, and fulfilling special requests to create memorable moments for our Mansion guests.

Requirements

High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent required
Work varied shifts, to include weekends and holidays required

Nice To Haves

2+ years of prior relevant experience in villa services within a hotel or resort environment preferred

Responsibilities

Maintain the cleanliness of all residential areas including but not limited to Mansion villas and corridors
Make beds neatly with fresh sheets and pillow cases
Pick up pins and trash from floors before vacuuming, remove and empties trash in waste baskets
Clean mirrors and shelves, and arrange furniture in guest rooms properly
Clean bathrooms by scrubbing basins, bathtubs, shower walls, shower doors, toilets and tile floors with damp rags and proper chemical usage
Replenish amenities, such as trays, soaps and tissues
Assist Mansion guests with lounge chairs and towels
Fulfill any and all request of Mansion guests through involvement of other Mansion staff, including the Director of Villa Services Managers, Concierge and Butlers
Report any unusual conditions of furniture, fixtures of equipment in rooms that need repair
Keep pool deck area clean at all times
Deliver requested items such as pillows, towels, cribs, etc. to Mansion villas
