About The Position

As an Assistant Butler, you will provide exceptional service to guests by assisting Butlers in delivering timely and complete services, supporting personal butler, valet and amenity services . You'll be responsible for maintaining a clean working area, anticipating guests' needs, and adhering to service standards.

Requirements

3+ years of relevant experience, preferably in food services within luxury environments required
Knowledgeable in food, beverage, and personal valet services.
Must be willing to work varied shifts, including weekends and holidays.
Basic computer skills in Outlook, MS Word, and Excel.

Responsibilities

Assist Butlers in serving meals, snacks, and beverages, ensuring a high level of guest satisfaction.
Remain available during your shift to respond to guest needs promptly.
Maintain cleanliness in assigned areas, including the Butlers’ pantry.
Report safety hazards and assist in corrective actions.
Support team efforts in anticipating guest needs and providing proactive service.
