About The Position

We are seeking skilled Customer Service Representatives (Viewer Experience Advocates) to join a high-performing team supporting a major global streaming platform. In this role, you will handle viewer inquiries via phone and chat, providing exceptional customer support and troubleshooting assistance to ensure a seamless streaming experience. This is a great opportunity for individuals with strong communication skills, previous customer service experience, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high‑volume environment. This position is 100% onsite for the first 90 days. After conversion, employees may be eligible for remote work based on performance and meeting home‑office technical requirements.

Requirements

  • High school diploma or GED (required; must be provided for onboarding)
  • At least 1 year of customer service experience
  • Must pass a Call Center Telephone Skills assessment
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Proficiency in Windows OS, Google Docs, MS Word & Excel
  • Fast typing and excellent computer navigation skills
  • Familiarity with streaming platforms and devices
  • Reliable transportation and ability to work flexible schedules
  • Comfortable working holidays, weekends, and during major televised events

Nice To Haves

  • Preference for call center experience

Responsibilities

  • Assist viewers via phone and chat with:
  • Account and billing questions
  • Basic troubleshooting and streaming issues
  • Content inquiries
  • Navigation of apps and websites
  • Recommend appropriate streaming products during each interaction
  • Navigate multiple systems and tools
  • Document all viewer interactions accurately
  • Maintain high productivity in a fast-paced environment (50–70 contacts per day)
  • Adapt to changing priorities and product updates
  • Perform additional duties as assigned
