In this role, you will handle viewer inquiries via phone and chat, providing exceptional customer support and troubleshooting assistance to ensure a seamless streaming experience. This is a great opportunity for individuals with strong communication skills, previous customer service experience, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high‑volume environment. This position is 100% onsite for the first 90 days. After conversion, employees may be eligible for remote work based on performance and meeting home‑office technical requirements.
