About The Position

IFA Brand Team is on the lookout for a skilled and imaginative Videographer to join our creative crew. If you love crafting visual stories, thrive behind the lens and in the editing suite, and have a passion for agriculture and rural life–this might be your dream gig. In this role, you'll capture and produce high-quality video content for everything from company events and marketing campaigns to training materials, mini-documentaries, and social media. You'll often manage both filming and editing, shaping stories that connect with our audience and grow the IFA brand. We're looking for someone who's passionate about storytelling, has a sharp eye for detail and enjoys working both independently and as part of a team.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Film, Media Production, Communications, or related field (preferred by not always required)
  • 1-3 years of experience in video production or editing
  • Confident with camera operation, lighting, and audio recording
  • Skilled in editing, color grading, and sound design
  • Familiar with editing and motion graphics software such as Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, After Effects, etc.
  • Strong storytelling instincts and mood-creating skills
  • Excellent eye for composition and pacing
  • Know your codecs and formats
  • Comfortable managing video content online
  • Familiar with live streaming setups
  • Great communicator and problem-solver
  • Organized, deadline-driven, and detail-oriented
  • Big-picture thinker with a knack for logistics

Nice To Haves

  • Drone experience and license are a bonus
  • Can work solo or with a team
  • Thrive in fast-paced environments
  • Physically able to handle the demands of filming, including kneeling, crouching, bending, walking, standing, and sitting for extended periods
  • Passion for farming, ranching or rural life–and/or retail experience–is a big plus

Responsibilities

  • Pre-Production Planning
  • Collaborate with IFA's creative and marketing teams to shape project goals
  • Scout locations and plan shooting schedules
  • Prepare equipment, lighting, and everything needed for a smooth shoot
  • Filming
  • Operate cameras, audio gear and lighting setups
  • Direct subjects and manage on-set logistics
  • Capture crisp, well-composed footage with great sound
  • Post-Production
  • Edit footage using software such as Adobe Premiere (or your favorite pro tools)
  • Add music, graphics, transitions and effects in collaboration with the creative team
  • Polish the final product with color correction and sound mixing
  • Ensure everything aligns with brand guidelines and project specs
  • Project Management
  • Maintain organized file systems and backups
  • Deliver content on time and in the right formats
  • Stay on budget and manage time efficiently
  • Distribute and publish content with the appropriate teams and channels
  • Upload and manage content across digital platforms
  • Content & Collaboration
  • Create engaging content for a variety of audiences
  • Film interviews, landscapes, animals, products and events–yes, even cows
  • Collaborate with teammates and welcome fresh ideas and feedback to meet project objectives and team goals
  • Help manage and archive our growing video and photo content library
  • Track performance metrics and key performance indicators
