About The Position

Videographer Are you a visual storyteller who thrives behind the camera and loves bringing creative ideas to life? In this role, you’ll help capture compelling, on-brand video content that connects with customers across broadcast, in-store, digital, and social channels. You’ll work hands-on throughout the production process—supporting shoots, capturing high-quality footage, and partnering closely with the Senior Videographer, Video Editor, and marketing teams to ensure every project is set up for success. From pre-production planning to asset organization, you’ll play a key role in delivering the visuals that power our brand storytelling.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Video Production, Broadcast, Marketing, or a related field.
  • 2+ years of professional video production experience.
  • Hands-on experience operating cameras, lighting, and audio equipment.
  • Proficiency with Adobe Creative Suite and Microsoft Office.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and work independently when needed.
  • Clear communication skills and a proactive, problem-solving mindset.
  • A portfolio showcasing video production work.

Nice To Haves

  • Familiarity with Sony camera systems preferred.

Responsibilities

  • Support on-set video production by operating cameras, lighting, audio, and grip equipment.
  • Prepare and break down production equipment, ensuring proper setup and safe handling.
  • Assist with pre-production planning, including storyboards, shot lists, and location preparation.
  • Collaborate with store Team Members to prepare filming locations, coordinate logistics, and gather props or wardrobe as needed.
  • Support location scouting and conduct technical assessments for lighting, audio, and space considerations.
  • Capture high-quality footage that meets creative, technical, and brand standards.
  • Perform initial quality checks to confirm focus, exposure, audio clarity, and continuity.
  • Upload, log, organize, and back up footage to ensure smooth handoff for post-production.
  • Assist the Video Editor with selects, basic edits, and project organization as needed.
  • Maintain and organize production equipment, including charging batteries and cleaning lenses.
  • Support the photo studio team by sourcing and organizing image and video assets from vendor portals.
  • Stay current on video production trends, tools, and best practices to continuously improve output.
  • Assist with additional video, broadcast, or photography-related tasks as needed.
