About The Position

We are seeking a creative and skilled Videographer to capture, edit, and produce high-quality video content for our brand. The ideal candidate has a strong visual storytelling ability, technical expertise with cameras and editing software, and the ability to manage projects from concept to final delivery.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Film, Media Production, Communications, or related field (or equivalent experience)
• Proven experience as a videographer or video producer
• Strong knowledge of camera operation, lighting, and audio recording
• Proficiency in video editing software such as Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, or DaVinci Resolve
• Strong storytelling and visual composition skills
• Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines
• Basic color grading and sound design skills
• Knowledge of social media video formats and trends
• Creativity and visual storytelling
• Attention to detail
• Time management and organization
• Communication and collaboration
• Technical problem solving

Nice To Haves

• Experience with motion graphics tools such as Adobe After Effects is a plus

Responsibilities

• Plan, shoot, and edit professional-quality video content for marketing, social media, events, and internal use
• Collaborate with marketing, creative, and leadership teams to develop video concepts and storyboards
• Operate cameras, lighting, and audio equipment during filming
• Edit footage using professional editing software to create polished final videos
• Manage video assets, organize footage, and maintain backups
• Ensure videos meet brand guidelines, deadlines, and project requirements
• Set up and break down production equipment for shoots
• Stay current with video production trends, tools, and techniques
• Assist with live event video production when needed
